1) Login using any first name and use the word password for your password.

2) Test type. If you see your message, your are fine in continuing.

3) If the above is "X'd" out, Java is not loaded properly on your computer or you may be behind a fire wall.  Test it by trying NETSCAPE NAVIGATOR.  Netscape navigator will proceed to download the necessary plug ins. Reopen this page with Netscape.  Download Netscape Navigator  or consider downloading Sun Java . 

Please be sure if using  Netscape, to process order surfing with Netscape.  In the event of a disconnect, the URL information is on your copy of the receipt. .

4) Anti Virus software such as McAfee or Norton may disrupt the flow of typing as system resources (memory) is being used. Please disable while  typing to get the most of your session.  Do not panic! You will not catch a virus. Just as long as you don't download attachment email from strangers while engaged in chat, you will be fine (besides you should never download from strangers!) :)
