BEFORE  using the right side of console ---->
 1) Launch CMU on your PC
 http://chat.absolutelypsychic.com/web/ap
 2) LOOK UP
 3) If you lose CMU re-download  Install help  
 4) If you get booted, verify CMU & Yahoo are on.  Look up & lower right side (clock)  CMU must be there too.
